Our mascot costumes are the most durable you can purchase! Heads are made in foam with an interior lining made of a special fabric called tricot which absorbs the latex paint we add to it to create a stiff formed head. Some heads have wire running on the inside part of the mouth to keep it open. Others have plastic eyes or faces. We do vacuume form but only when needed and we do it with a light weight plastic called pvc plastic. We try to keep all the materials light weight for the actors comfort but still very durable. Our costumes are far superior to the others offered by other companies.
