Our costumes are high quality mascot character costumes for use by ENTERTAINERS, BUSINESSES, CHURCH ORGANIZATIONS, SCHOOLS, AND FOR PRODUCT PROMOTIONS.
We have many premade designs for you to choose from. Among our designs we make many popular animals and character costumes. We build our design or yours.
These character costumes are lightweight softheads that are unbreakable and easy to clean. We do use vacuume formed plastic only wear needed. The plastic that we use is a light plastic called pvc plastic. hey all have an interior lining that gives them a protection as well as sturdiness. The construction of the costume is vital to it's durabiliy. Our costumes usually last 6 to 8 years in regular weekly use. Because of the protective lining in the head we are able to install a battery operated fan for the comfort of the user.
The bodies are not just jumpsuits. They are made in the body shape of the character they represent. Bears have bear bodies, dogs have dog bodies..... the curves for the hips, the bellies, the tail, and the paws are all there. We surge all the ends and use heavy duty zippers. We also include a removable body pod for those characters that need the extra filling. The reason it is removable is to allow you to wash your costumes at home and not have to spend on drycleaning.
The shoes are made in a lined 1 1/2 foam that hug any size foot. They are covered in the same material as the body and are hand sewn with this nylon thread at the ankles. The bottom of the shoe is sole material. This way the person wearing the costume can use it on any surface.
We have many premade designs but we are willing to custom make any costume to your specifications.

Characters bring in high dollar per birthday party, special event, grand openings, restaurants, and schools. The beautiful thing about using characters is that you are not in them and sometimes you may not even be at that event yourself. Training people to be clowns is hard---- it takes more talent and more energy than training people to be characters and party leaders. The character show consist of two people. One called the PARTY LEADER and the other THE CHARACTER. These two will learn their routine from the training video we provide that includes how to make 23 balloon animals, 10 full face paints, and 10 musical games with prizes. The average price for a character show is $125 per hour to $200 per hour. The average pay for each employee going to do these parties is 30 per hour. Train them in groups of two in case they decide to switch from show to show in the same day. You buy $10 of supplies for that party and the rest is profit. You can be out doing your clown parties and they will be making you money as well. You will go from a $400 weekend to a $1000 weekend incredibly fast. I know I did and many of those who I’ve helped get into the character business have as well. Characters also get you into more doors. You can take photos with the characters for $5 to $8 per photo, sell balloons, and sell facepainting at restaurants on kids night. I did 3 restaurants per week and made over $200 in a 3 hr period every day. You can also go to flea markets on Saturday and Sunday mornings and sell photos with the character and balloons. When we are working a restaurant or flea market I share the profits with the person that dressed up for that event. This is because we are not getting a set amount. We have found that the best employees for the costume job are teenagers and college age students. They have more endurance and more energy. I looked for my employees at the YMCA and at the drama department of our local high school. After I hired the first 6 people I had many others call me for a job like their friends were doing. One of my party leaders is 45 and uses her 15 year old son and her 17 year old daughter to be the character. If you’ve got children old enough to work — this pays more than flipping burgers. Each team goes out to do 2 or more parties per day. Do the math: I charge 175 per hour for character/party leader and pay out $70 I keep 105 per party time 10 parties = 1050 PLUS THE CLOWN PARTIES I DID!!!! If you can make this much per week and you can pay your investment with a credit card you really never pay for the costumes yourself— the characters make the money for you to pay off the credit card bill. We custom made the wild grinders for an mtv show. These characters were created by the famous skater Rob Drydek. His crew of skateboarders called themselves the wild grinders and we created their mascot costumes to use on the mtv show. He provided us with the artwork and in 3 weeks we completed all five characters . We started from the molding to the special made shoes and outfits.
